instruction : 3 ( lire, \u00e9crire, compter)<\/p>\n<p>Il\u00a0 \u00e9tait le quatri\u00e8me enfant\u00a0 mais\u00a0 le fils\u00a0 a\u00een\u00e9 d&rsquo; une famille de sept enfants de\u00a0 Fran\u00e7ois Armand BLONDEL, tisserand, n\u00e9 en 1841 (\u00a0 voir photo de la\u00a0 tombe \u00e0 Ocqueville) et de\u00a0 Marie Ad\u00e8le GRANCHER, tisserande \u00e9galement n\u00e9e en 1849, ayant\u00a0 tous les deux habit\u00e9s\u00a0 Ocqueville \u00e9galement et\u00a0 mari\u00e9s\u00a0\u00a0 le 21 septembre 1875 ( voir extrait d&rsquo;\u00e9tat civil en vue de l&rsquo;obtention de sa l\u00e9gion d&rsquo; honneur).<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;est mari\u00e9 le 2 juillet\u00a0 1912\u00a0 \u00e0\u00a0 ROUEN \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 30 ans -habitant alors au 3 rampe cauchoise \u00e0 ROUEN, chez Mme Quesnel &#8211; avec\u00a0 ma grand-m\u00e8re\u00a0\u00a0 Berthe, Marie FERAY, n\u00e9e \u00e0 Cany-Barville le 21 mai 1889 et \u00a0 qui habitait 20 quai de Paris \u00e0 ROUEN\u00a0 et \u00e9tait\u00a0 \u00e2g\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque\u00a0 de 23 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Il est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 le 30 octobre 1929 \u00e0\u00a0 Ocqueville \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 47 ans\u00a0 des suites\u00a0 de ses blessures de guerre lors de la premi\u00e8re guerre mondiale de 1914-1918. Il sera reconnu invalide \u00e0 100 %\u00a0 et de ce fait \u00e9ligible pour\u00a0 \u00eatre <strong>Chevalier de la L\u00e9gion d&rsquo; honneur <\/strong>( d\u00e9cret du 12 mai 1921 publi\u00e9 au J.O. du\u00a0 21 mai 1921 sous le N\u00b0 de certificat d&rsquo; immatriculation 89.049\u00a0 et au titre de la loi du 16 ao\u00fbt 1920). Il recevra cette l\u00e9gion d&rsquo; honneur\u00a0 \u00e0 Cany-Barville le 14 juillet 1921 des mains du Docteur\u00a0 Maurice Gayet, lui m\u00eame chevalier de la l\u00e9gion d&rsquo; honneur ( voir ci-dessous).<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.labelleviededaniel.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Journal_officiel_de_la_R\u00e9publique_du-21-mai-1921-pour-la-l\u00e9gion-d-honneur.pdf\">Journal_officiel_de_la_R\u00e9publique_du 21 mai 1921 pour la l\u00e9gion d&rsquo; honneur<\/a><br \/>\nIl recevra \u00e9galement<strong>\u00a0 la M\u00e9daille militaire<\/strong>, cr\u00e9\u00e9e le 28 janvier 1852 par le prince Louis Napol\u00e9on, futur Napol\u00e9on III\u00a0 avec effet \u00e0 partir du 16 ao\u00fbt\u00a0 1916 ainsi que<strong> la\u00a0 Croix de guerre 1914-1918<\/strong> ( voir photo de la tombe \u00e0\u00a0 Ocqueville ci-dessous).<br \/>\nDans le journal officiel du 31 octobre 1917, et par d\u00e9cret du 18 octobre 1917 sur le rapport du ministre de la guerre, sa pension de guerre en qualit\u00e9 de soldat pour c\u00e9cit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te avec jouissance est port\u00e9e \u00e0 1200 fr rempla\u00e7ant celle accord\u00e9e par le d\u00e9cret du 29 mars 1917 d&rsquo;un montant de 975 fr. Pour information les pensions pour c\u00e9cit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te selon les grades \u00e9taient les suivantes : Adjudants : 1915 fr, Sergents : 1655 fr, caporaux : 1395 fr<br \/>\n<a
