Faites-les blondir (pas trop) dans une cocotte avec le beurre.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Retirez les oignons de la cocotte et remplacez par les morceaux de lapin. Faites dorer les morceaux de tous c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quand le lapin est dor\u00e9, remettez les oignons avec le lapin. Recouvrez avec le bouillon de volaille, ajoutez le bouquet garni, baissez le feu et laissez mijoter, couvercle un peu entre-ouvert, pendant +\/- 1h30.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quand le lapin est cuit, retirez le bouquet garni. Ajoutez les speculoos (entiers ou cass\u00e9s en deux). Laissez-les fondre en m\u00e9langeant d\u00e9licatement (\u00e7a va tr\u00e8s vite et \u00e7a va fortement \u00e9paissir la sauce).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ajoutez ensuite la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. M\u00e9langez.
